MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to close; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> Richard Billings for Determination of Applicability on <br /> maintenance in perpetuity for a Chapter 91 approved dock and <br /> float, License #5116, at 45 Little Neck Lane, Assessors Map 105, <br /> Block 15. <br /> There being no one present to represent the Applicant, Diane <br /> Boretos requested more accurate pians be submitted in this <br /> matter. Chapter 91 plans have been submitted which accurately <br /> identify location, which fails to indicate the existing length of <br /> dock, platform along the base of the bank, and cement sonnatubes <br /> at the salt marsh. <br /> References were being rade to photographs, with Ms. Boretos <br /> calculating the dock to be longer than what is indicated on the <br /> plan. , She stated the project is approvable as Negative I I, and <br /> that plans should be submitted which accurately describe the <br /> dimensions. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion for Negative II <br /> Determination pending receipt of a more detailed plan accurately <br /> describing the dimensions of the proposed mock; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> William H. McLatchy, Determination of Applicability on <br /> installation of stews to an existing deck and footings at 63 <br /> Riverside Read, Assessors Map 120, Block 1. <br /> The chairman recognized Paul Mullen and Helen McLatch , who <br /> provided, a plan of the work being proposed. <br /> Mr. Mullen explained the proposed project, the house has <br /> been raised, a foundation has been constructed underneath, and <br /> a new septic system has been completed. The inside of the house <br /> is to be renovated, including construction of a stairwell . It <br /> will be necessary to dig footings for this project. There are <br /> six ) footings on the front steps: and ten 10 on the back <br /> steps. There are eleven 11 existing footings on the deck which <br /> sit atop cinder blocks; request is being made to construct <br /> footings underneath. The deck has been raised from four feet to <br /> approximately fifteen feet, which required additional support . <br /> Diane Boretos rec nunended a Negative II Determination. The <br /> project is located within a flood plain, within fifty o ft. ) <br /> feet of the bulkhead. It is an existing house and access is <br /> required to the front and back of the property. <br /> There being no commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. - - <br />
