MOTION.-- Elliot o enbe rq made a Motion for Negative ii <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 .-30 Raymond A. Tye, Chart Realty Trust, for construction <br /> of a single family hone, denitrifying septic system, rad.ing, <br /> retaining walls, driveway and landscaping at 195 Waterway, <br /> Assessors Neap 111, Block 7 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael Grotske, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> Mr. trots e explained this to be one of the few lots left <br /> remaining in New seabury. A portion of the lot is located within <br /> the loo year flood plain. References were being made to <br /> sketch. <br /> The lot is fairly small, a three b6droom house, the existing <br /> septic system design wasrand.fath r <br /> e /approved by the hoard of <br /> Health. He made reference to the location of trees which are to <br /> be preserved., as well as to the property line. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended approval, Notice of Intent. Th <br /> project being partially located within the flood plain. <br /> Applicant has been cooperative in preserving some of the lar' ger <br /> trees located on the site. <br /> The Clerk requested Applicant provide a DEP NUMber. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> . <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg rade a Motion to Close, which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7: 35 Chilton Development Company, Inc. for Determination of <br /> Applicability on construction of a pool, security fence and minor <br /> grading and landscaping at 59 The Hurt Circle, Assessors Map 117 <br /> Block 357 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Michael trot se, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> References were being made to the plan. The house i <br /> currently under construction. Request is being rade to construct <br /> a pool within the fifty 5o ft, foot buffer zone to the inland. <br /> bank. <br /> The Chairman clarified the house under~ construction is <br /> beyond Conmission jurisdiction. <br /> References were being made to stake/clearing areas, the one <br /> hundred foot and fifty foot setbacks s from the inland bark, work <br /> limit and l ayb a l e s. <br />
