Applicant intends to certify three <br /> vernal pools on the pr'oper'ty (two natural, one created) . <br /> Ms. Boretos commended Applicant for their efforts . <br /> The Chairman recognized Joe Burke,. an abutter to the <br /> property, who expressed concern regarding mole #3 and the <br /> original intent to plant buffer trees to provide privacy for <br /> nearby houses. <br /> The Chairman recognized Rory Bonvie, Developer/manager of <br /> Cape Southport, who made a statement for the Record that he is <br /> in concurrence with the previous speaker and that he has ever <br /> intention to provide a privacy barrier, as originally agreed. <br /> Diane Boretos clarified the Commission has no jurisdiction <br /> to act on the previous statement, as this is not a wetland issue, <br /> however said agreement has been duly recorded as a part of <br /> Conservation commission Minutes. Nor will this issue be <br /> addressed in the Order. <br /> Mr. Burke thea made reference to an old boat and trailer <br /> located at the site of one of the vernal pools. <br /> The Commission acknowledged Applicant' s intent to remove <br /> said debris and restore the area. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Martha Ayliman, who expressed <br /> her support for the proposed project, stating she feels Applicant <br /> is doing a great job. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION; Ralph Shaw made a Motion to Close and Issue; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 10 Lawrence werrick, to wheelhouse Lame, continued from <br /> June 21, tool .
