There is some lawn, <br /> pool, patio and pool house. <br /> Making reference to the plan, Mr. Sullivan noted the fifty <br /> foot buffer has been respected, the pool at the closest point is <br /> eighty-three feet from the top of the coastal bank. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if Applicant is aware of lawn standards <br /> imposed by the Conservation Commission. He stated no objections <br /> to the plan being proposed as it remains within the footprint and <br /> is considered to be a minor change worthy of Amended Order. <br /> Due to his recent absence however, Mr. Sherman informed the <br /> Commission he has not made a site-visit . He recommended <br /> approval, pending satisfactory inspection of the property. <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION.-- Ralph Shaw made a Motion to accept the amendment, <br /> pending inspection/approval by the Conservation Agent; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> I eyspan Energy Delivery for Determination of <br /> Applicability on the installation of a gas service connection <br /> from an existing main to the dwelling at 6 Great River Road <br /> North, Assessors Map 114, Block 3A. <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Mamo, Coastal Engineering, <br /> representing Applicant. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported the Assistant Agent has recommended a <br /> Negative Determination. <br /> Mr. Mamo explained the house is undergoing construction <br /> under an existing order of Conditions. The gas service to said <br /> house had not previously been identified., which is the purpose of <br /> this filing. He informed the Commission of a revised plan (dated <br /> August 9, 001) showing the location of the furnace, making it <br /> necessary to adjust the gas service slightly. <br /> There being no Commission or pubic comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg Made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Michael. Talbot and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> o Michael Lemish to construct and maintain a stairway, <br /> dock, ramp and float in Little Kiger at 42 Great liver toad, <br /> Assessors Map 120, Block 71, <br /> Mr. Sherman reported request for continuance has been rade <br /> _1 _ <br />
