Mr. Sherman reported on behalf of the Assistant Conservation <br /> Agent, recommending approval . <br /> There being no Commission or public comment, Mr. Shaw <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a lotion for Negative <br /> Determination; which lotion was seconded by Carole Moore and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 05 Donato A. Federico for Determination of Applicability <br /> on a proposed 201 x 25 , addition, deck and porch to an existing <br /> house, along with a septic upgrade, within Land Subject to <br /> Coastal Storm Flowage at 14A Seconset Point Road, Assessors Map <br /> 124, Blocks 28 and 2 , <br /> Mr. Shaw recognized Michael Borrelli, Holmes and McGrath, <br /> representing Applicant, who explained the proposed project to <br /> include an addition, porch, deck and 'Title v septic system <br /> upgrade. Said project is located within the flood hazard zone, <br /> Conservation jurisdiction. <br /> References were being rade to the plan indicating location <br /> of the BVW, the one hundred foot setback, existing house with <br /> existing it It addition. Applicant wishes to remove the #'L f, and <br /> substitute with the proposed addition. <br /> Ir. Sherman inquired as to whether or not Said proposed <br /> addition would increase the number of bedrooms on the property. <br /> 1r. Borselli responded, " , . . ther'e will be no increase in <br /> bedrooms"" from the three currently existing. <br /> Mr. Sherman requested submission of architectural pans to <br /> insure the proposed addition does not provide for a separate xoom <br /> with privacy and closet space; to which Mr. Borselli agreed. <br /> Mr. Borselli made reference to a small existing building <br /> located at the rear of the property, identifying it as having <br /> been used a cottage space in the past, which use is to be <br /> eliminated.
