There being no further Commission or public comment, Mr. <br /> Shaw entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: lir. Talbot Dade a Motion to continue the Hearing in <br /> this ratter to October 4. 2001 at 7: 35 .m. , at Applicant } s <br /> request; which motion was seconded by John Johansen and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 10 Richard Langley for Determination of Applicability on a <br /> proposed 12 , x 18 , addition on an existing deck; -1211 sono <br /> tubes; and removal of branches as needed at 200 wheeler Road, <br /> Assessors lap 49, Block 17 . <br /> Mr. Shaw recognized Garr Tavares, representing Applicant, <br /> who explained the proposed project to consist of a 121 x 181 <br /> room onto an existing deck. The installation of sono tubes are <br /> to be dug by hard minimizing ing disturbance to the area. <br /> References were being Made to the plan to determine the <br /> distance between the proposed work site to the resource area. <br /> Mr. Sherman inquired if the proposed use is intended to be <br /> bedroom space. <br /> Mr. Tavares responded, "No" <br /> Mr. Sherman inquired if the proposed space will be open to <br /> another room; to which Mr. Tavares responded, "That ' s correct" . <br /> Mr. Sherman thea requested the submission of architectural <br /> plans, which Mr. Tavares provided, agreeing to provide a further <br /> copy for f it.ing. <br /> Mr. Sherman, reporting on behalf of the Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent, recommended approval pending Board of Health <br /> comments. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, Mr. <br /> Shaw entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION; Carole Moore made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination pending Board of Health report and submission of <br /> architectural plans; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 15 Bert Bickerstaf fe to construct an earthen berm and <br /> related landscape work and the planting of grasses, with <br /> maintenance in perpetuity, at 46 Cayuga Avenue, Assessors Map 65, <br /> Block 6 . <br /> Mr. Shaw rec gni -ed Dave Consaly , Consalve, Corp. , <br /> representing Applicant. <br /> -3- <br />
