Mr. Sherman provided background information explaining this <br /> property had been in violation. Nor. Consalve has agreed to plant <br /> a low impact grass seed with .inir al fertilizers. However, the <br /> lawn area is greater than what is allowed under the lawn <br /> standards. Said lawn may be allowed provided a revised plan is <br /> submitted showing a smaller lawn area; and current lawn areas <br /> located within Conservation jurisdiction to be converted to <br /> something else (ground cover, juniper, bayberry, wild grass seed, <br /> or wild flower mixture) . <br /> Nor. Sherman suggested Applicant consider a tiro-week <br /> continuance in order to prepare an alternative plan. <br /> Nor. Sherman stated there are several serious violations on <br /> said property including the cutting of trees near the waterfront. <br /> The following is a list of illegal constructions: shower <br /> stall/concrete patio, concrete walkways, deck, fenced porch, <br /> addition of sand to the beach, and extra dock facility. <br /> Nor. Sherman suggested Applicant hire a qualified wetland <br /> consultant to remedy these serious violations. <br /> In response toApplicant ' s statement that existing asphalt <br /> had been replaced by concrete, Mr. Sherman responded the <br /> Conservation office had not been contacted, there is no war of <br /> verifying what materials had previously existed as there is n <br /> indication on previous plans on file as to any walkways . <br /> Mr. Sherman elaborated by stating the dock is twice the <br /> size allowed under C .. armoring stone work) has been done to <br /> i the inland bank, as well as the construction of steps, trees have <br /> been removed at the base.
