Mr. Slavinsky stated he was unaware of some of Applicantis. <br /> actions, illegal construction of walls and clearing. He provided <br /> a plan and overlay, noting the dimensions of the garage have been <br /> reduced from twenty-six feet to twenty-four feet, which will move <br /> the wall back. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the area having been cleared be <br /> replanted. An inspection of the walls by the Building Inspector <br /> s required, as well as submission of a set of engineered plans. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the matter be continued for a period <br /> of two-weeks . <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to continue the Nearing <br /> in this matter to October 4, 2001 at 7:45 . . , at Applicants <br /> request in order to allow for submission of engineered plans as <br /> required by the Building Inspector; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Michael Talbot and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :25 Maxwell Gates for Determination of Applicability on <br /> garage addition, replacement of septic tank with Micro-Fast <br /> Denitrification unit and replacement of bull run vale with <br /> distribution box at 18 waterline Drive North, Assessors Map 120, <br /> Block 177. <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing the Applicant. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained Applicant wishes to include a <br /> bathroom to the garage addition. The Board of Health has made a <br /> determination to allow a bathroom on the first floor; however, if <br /> a bathroom is installed on the second floor, it will be <br /> considered to be a bedrooms.. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky reported Applicant has agreed to install a <br /> denitrification system the tank is being removed, a fast <br /> installed) . <br /> Mr. Sherman determined the Conservation Commission is in <br /> possession of a copy of the plan revised on September 4, tool, as <br /> has been submitted to the Board of Health. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky rade a request for approval of an increase to <br /> width (landward) from eighteen feet to twenty feet. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported on behalf of the Assistant Conservation <br /> Agent for a Negative Determination. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, Mr. <br /> Shaw entertained a motion. <br /> I <br /> MOTION:. Carole Moore made a Motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which lotion was seconded by John Johansen and so <br /> voted unanimously. -5- <br />
