MOTION:- Michael Talbot made a Motion to Indefinitely <br /> Postpone the Nearing in this matter, until such time as Applicant <br /> chooses to readvertise and renotiy; which Motion was seconded by <br /> Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> old Business Continued <br /> . A 'CEE-Agreement for services - Mr. Sherman requested <br /> this document be signed which allows for the continuing services <br /> of Peggy Fanto i uashnet Bogs. <br /> The Chairman proceeded to date and sign two 2 copies o <br /> said Agreement. <br /> 7 . Approval of Minutes - July 26, 2001; August 9, 2001; <br /> September 6, 2001; September 20, 2001; October 18, 2001; and <br /> November 1, 2001. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to approve the <br /> following Minutes as submitted: July 26, 2001; August 9, 2001; <br /> September 6, 2001; September• 20, 2001; October 1 , 2001; and <br /> November 1, 2001. said Motion was duly seconded by Carole Moore <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 10 Herbert Bickerstaffe, 46 Cayuga Avenue, continued from <br /> January 17, 2002 . I <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Holmes, BSC Group, representing <br /> Applicant. <br /> Mr. Holmes informed. the Commission he has been working with <br /> the Conservation Agent in response to an Enforcement order <br /> involving unauthorized work. <br /> References were being made to the Plan, with Mr. Holmes <br /> indicating the location of alteration to bordering vegetative <br /> wetland, for which a Landscape Plan has been designed/submitted <br /> and authorized by the Conservation Agent. A portion of the Plan <br /> has already been implemented, eight shrubs have been <br /> installed; the remainder to be implemented In the spring. <br /> References were being made to the existing conditions plan <br /> proposed plan. Mr . Holmes also provided pictures of the site. <br /> At this point Mr. Sherman explained the Commission i unable <br /> to close this matter this date due to suggested changes to the <br /> plan which have been agreed upon. He suggested the Commission <br /> focus on the alterations, proposals, and the work remaining to be <br /> dome. <br /> After brief discussion it was the consensus of the <br /> Commission to not hear anything further in the matter as it is to <br /> be continued to a future date, and thereby not requiring those <br /> -3- <br />
