Commissioners in attendance to be present when the matter is <br /> discussed further. <br /> (Applicant, Mr. Bickerstaffe, arrived at the Meeting at this <br /> point - 7 : 17 p.m. <br /> Mr. Sherman informed Mr. Doles that a dead tree has fallen <br /> into the new plantings; which should be removed so that the plan <br /> is not compromised. <br /> Mr. Sherman read the following items which are to be changed <br /> on the Plan into the Record: <br /> 1. The original Chapter 91 Plan to scale for comparison <br /> purposes and fee determination. <br /> 2 . A wildlife Habitat Evaluation is required under the <br /> Statute as the thresholds for inland bank (10W or 50 ft. <br /> whichever is less) have been exceeded. <br /> . Flagging - Bordering vegetated wetland and Freshwater <br /> Wetland, <br /> . Chapter 172 requires the top and bottom of inland bank <br /> be clearly depicted (currently only the bottom is shown) . <br /> . Amendment ent o the Notice of Intent to include that work <br /> which extends onto the adjacent lot, readvert i s e and renot i f . <br /> AS well as a letter of approval/authorization from the owner of <br /> said adjacent property. <br /> The above mentioned items are to be addressed prior to the <br /> issuance of a positive Order of Conditions. <br /> There being no public comment in this regard, the h firman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to February 14, 2002, at 7 :25 p.m. at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7: 15 McShane Construction, to construct a single-family <br /> dwelling, garage, deck, Title V Septic and driveway at <br /> Brookside circle, Assessors Map 108, Block 38 . <br /> The chairman recognized Dave s nicki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing the Applicant. <br /> Making references to the Plan, Mr. Sanicki indicated Red <br /> Brook, Riverfront, abandoned cranberry bog, BVw along the bog, <br /> Flood Zone A-11/11, ACEC.
