The project being proposed is for a three-bedroom home. <br /> Request is being made for the installation of a domestic well <br /> within the Riverfront area. The proposed Septic System requires <br /> a variance from the Board of Health, which Hearing has been <br /> scheduled for February 7th. <br /> In response to the Assistant Agent ' s inquiry as to how the <br /> lverfront area was established, Mr. Sani ki referred the <br /> Commission to File 1569 (Dave Coughlin) , adjacent property, top <br /> of the bank is actually the top of Red Brook. <br /> Mr. Sherman expressed his feeling that this matter merits a <br /> two week continuance to allow for him to revisit and review the <br /> site in order to determine where the T iverfront area begins and <br /> ends in accordance with theBy-law. <br /> There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION-- Carole Moore rade a Motion to continue the Nearing <br /> In this matter to February 1 , 2002 at 7: 30 .m. , at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 7 :20 Ger mine Young, for Determination of Applicability to <br /> repair a septic system at 128 Uncle Percy t s Road, Assessors Map <br /> 117, Block 253 . RDA <br /> Mr. . Sherran reported that he has been in contact with the <br /> Applicant ariaE-mail message, informing hire of concerns with the <br /> wetland line delineation. Concerns have been raised as a result <br /> of a site visit where soft rush has been found in the low areas, <br /> and the discovery of peaty, wet soil . <br />} Mr. Sherman suggested a two-weep continuance of the matter <br /> requiring Applicant ' s agreement to such within five-days, should <br /> F, Applicant not agree a Positive Determination is to be issued. <br /> Where being no further Commission or publiconment, the <br /> rt <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael. Talbot made a Motion to continue the <br /> Hearing in this matter to February 14, 2002 at 7:35 p.m. If the <br /> Applicant does not concur within five 5 days, a Positive <br /> Determination will be issued; which Motion was seconded by Carole <br /> Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :25 Paula O'Connell, for Determination of Applicability to <br /> remove cesspool and install a Title V Septic System upgrade at <br /> 425 Monomoscoy Road, Assessors Map 124, Block 55 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Dave Sani cki, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering, representing the Applicant. <br /> _5� <br />
