making reference to the Plan, Mr. Sanic i noted the entire <br /> property is located within Conservation jurisdiction, lard <br /> subject to coastal storm flowage -1 , Elevation 12 . <br /> There are currently two 2 septic systems located on the <br /> property (one in front; one to the rear ; request is being made <br /> for septic system upgrade; Board of Health approval was granted <br /> on January 18th. <br /> Diane Boretos recommended a Negative 11 Determination. <br /> There being no further~ Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion for Negative 1 <br /> Determination; which lotion was seconded by- Stephanie Jones and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Old Business - Continued <br /> . Mr. Sherman reported the Conservation Department has <br /> received a ball from the landscaper working on the Harry <br /> esro iers conservation land. However, Mr. Sherman is not <br /> certain the plants have in fact been panted. He suggested <br /> someone contact the landscaper to inquire about the plants before <br /> the bill for services is paid. <br /> 7 : 30 Charles Talanian, to modify an existing pier, ramp, <br /> float and pilings at 29 oc way Bay Road, Assessors Map loo, Block <br /> . <br /> The Chairman recognized Jeff Johnson, Holmes & McGrath, <br /> representing the Applicant. <br /> Mr. Sherman made reference to a cutting violation which had <br /> taken place on this property and his suggestion to a <br /> representative of Holmes & McGrath to instruct Applicant ' s <br /> Attorney to include the agreed upon maintenance of the area on <br /> the Plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval of the project to the <br /> commission, subject to a site visit and indications made on the <br /> Plan showing the area that is to be left in its natural state as <br /> n aid to the landscapers. <br /> Mr. Sherman then suggested a vote of approval contingent <br /> upon a revised plan showing the area which is to remain in in i t s <br /> natural state. <br /> The Chairman asked i f the S h l l f i s h ,warden had any comment <br /> on the project . Diane Boretos informed him of a letter~ received <br /> y the Shellfish warden indicating his approval . <br /> -6- <br />
