There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION; Michael. Talbot made a Motion to Close the Hearing <br /> and Issue an Order of Conditions pending a revised Flom showing <br /> the area which is to remain in its natural state; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Carole Moore and so noted unanimously. <br /> Susan Chew, 47 Meadowbrroo , continued from January 17, <br /> 2002 . N I <br /> Mr. Sherman reported applicanthas faxed a letter requesting <br /> further continuance. The Plan submitted in this matter did not <br /> show any of the resource areas, continuance has been requested in <br /> order to provide time to do so. <br /> - There b i rtg, o Commission r public comment, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to February 14, 2002 at p.m. atApplicant ' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Michael Talbot and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Old Business - Continued <br /> . Certificate of Compliance, 22 Great River Road -- Mr. <br /> Sherman explained the owner is attempting to sell the property <br /> and that some time ago someone had constructed terraced <br /> landscaping within the salt marsh, as well as sante unauthorized <br /> arborirg. <br /> Mr. Shenton reported that any attempt to remove what has <br /> been done would cause more hart to the area. The current owners <br /> have been very cooperative, have retained. Don Schaal, and all are <br /> in agreement to remove some portions, retaining other portions, <br /> as well as additional plantings. said work has been pre-paid. <br /> Under the circumstances, Mr. Sherman has already agreed to <br /> issue the Certificate of Compliance, being reasonably certain the <br /> Commission would have no objection. <br /> There being no Commission discussion, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Michael Talbot made a Motion to retroactively <br /> approve the Certificate of Compliance--22 Great RiverRoad; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> . MACC Conference - Dir. Sherman encouraged anyone <br /> interested in attending to submit their registration forms this <br /> week. Michael Talbot and Stephanie Jones plan on attending. <br /> -7- <br />
