There being no further Commission or public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a motion for Negative <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded b Stephanie Jones and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Non-Dearing Agenda - New Business <br /> 1. Mashpee water District Memo - Mr. Sherman reported on <br /> the new Regulation which states there is no guarantee for Town <br /> water in certain circumstances-subdivisions of five units of five <br /> or more single-family dwellings, or twenty multi-family <br /> dwe l l i ung s. <br /> 50 Harbor Ridge Realty Trust, for vista Pruning at 3 <br /> Harbor Ridge Drive, Assessors Map loo, Block 123 . <br /> Diane Boretos reported Applicant has requested a continuance <br /> to February 14, 2002 at 7: 15 p.m. <br /> OT oN: Carole Moore made a motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to February 14, 2002 at .7 : 15 p.m. , at Applicant ' s <br /> request; which motion was seconded by Michael Talbot. <br /> New Business - Continued <br /> . other - Stephanie Jones suggested the white cards be <br /> copied onto pages for easier filing.
