Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a Negative Determination <br /> subject to confirmation that the plan has been subr i ted to the Board of Health. <br /> 7:20 p.m., Henry Rhodes, 47 Redwood Circle (add bo ld r retaining gall, connect <br /> drainage pipe to existing pipe). Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this amended Order of <br /> Condition. <br /> 7:25 p.m,, Rick Brooks, 95 Pickerel cove Road (continued from 10/3). Bob reported <br /> that the applicant needs more time and he recommended a continuance to November <br /> 21. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuance to <br /> November 21 at 7 p.m. <br /> 7:30 p,m. Stephen lovers, 41 East Road (continued from 10/3). Robin Wilcox <br /> represented the applicant. The revised plan included the revegetatlon of the areas <br /> disturbed by the construction, and the installation of a 500 gallon dry well to prevent <br /> rain run-off from the property. Bob was concerned about the sequence of the work and <br /> the possibility of erosion. It was agreed that applicant will put hay bales across the <br /> road during construction, and after work hours the bales will be moved to the side of <br /> the road to allow access to the area. <br /> Elliot said the application includes a vista pruning, but the plan does not. <br /> Bob recommended approval of the plan subject to receipt of the sequence of the work, <br /> including the use of bay bales, and a revised planting list. <br /> Harriet Hayward, neighbor, said guild cranberry is a natural, gild vine. <br /> Neighbor, 42 East Road, stated that there are six apartments on the subject property <br /> right on the water causing two problems: the septic tans are draining into the water <br /> and 2 they are creating a serious traffic problem. Bob told hien that this Commission <br /> does not have jurisdiction on either of these issues. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan subject to <br /> receipt of a revised plan to include 1 the sequence of work and the use of hay balm to <br /> prevent erosion, and 2 a revised, acceptable planting fist. <br /> 7:35 p. ., Donald Blakeman, 56 IIakeby Road (continued from 10/3). Bob <br /> commended the applicant's digging out area and putting down rn hay, but he said the dry <br /> 6 <br />
