Bob discovered a serious violation — a <br /> fence which may be on Town property and cutting trees. He requested permission to <br /> ask the police to investigate this. <br /> Motion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to authorize Bob to ask the police to <br /> investigate this violation. s <br /> 4. hristrnas party. The Town will have its annual Christmas paw at the New seabury <br /> Club on December 6. Fee is $30. <br /> Hearing en a <br /> :00 p.m., Rick Brooks, 95 Picerkel Cove (continued from October 1 . Arlene <br /> Wilson represented the applicant. This is a request for a pier for a dinghy dock. They <br /> continue their discussion with the National Heritage regarding how much water they <br /> need under a motorized boat to prevent the bottom from being disturbed. Bob has no <br /> objection to temporarily permitting a dinghy dock, and the applicant can come back with <br /> � <br /> an amendment after the water gap problem is resolved. <br /> However, Bob has not had a chance to confer with Perry Ellis (because Perry was on <br /> vacation) about the sheiifish habitat issues. While this is a navigation issue and not <br /> this Commission's issue, if it turns out to be an issue, the applicant would have to comae <br /> back, and therefore Bob recommended a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to December <br /> 5 at :50 p.m., at the request of the applicant <br /> 7:05 .m., Irwin shaver, 5 Sunset circle {continued from October 17th). John slavinsl y <br /> represented the applicant. Bob reported that this is Diane's case. John summarized <br /> Diane's fetter to him which stat6d that the Commission requested that the house be <br /> redesigned and the 50 f . buffer be obtained. John presented the revised plan, which <br /> meets all the requirements. <br /> Motion made} seconded and unanimously carried to close the application. <br /> :10 p.m. Thomas Cleary, 4 Wheelhouse Lane (expand dining room). Bob <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Notion made, seconded and unanimously carved to close the application. <br />
