Great Hay Road. Bob said the whole length of this road has been cleared and <br /> widened by DPW supposedly under a directive of Ernie Virgillio who is the DPMI <br /> emergency security person. Bob asked .voce Mason ghat happened and got a Prague <br /> answer that Mr. Virgillio ordered it for some emergency preparedness thing. Bob i <br /> drafting a letter asking why we weren't notified since it's our land, under what legal <br /> authority was it done, and if they purport to be exempt, why weren't vire notified just as a <br /> courtesy.
