Warner said he would like to replace the rental units with a single family house . Mr. Warner said it has been difficult to enforce no parking. Mr . Govoni moved to grant the variance for lot size, frontage and side setbacks and that the construction be limited to the footprint on the 'referenced plan of Cape i Islands Engineering dated November 18, 1993 # Nynex Mobile Communication, Christopher Kuhn and Linda & Louis Mcg n ht # Request a Special Permit under Sections 174-24 ,8 and 174-25 .B. 6 of the ZoningBy-laws for permission to erect and operae a mobile communications tower in an I-1 zoning district on property located at 43 Bowdoin Road (Map , Block "7 9 ) Mashpee , MA. Owner of record: Louis & Linda McKnight ) . Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the ZoningBy-laws for permission to vary the frontage requirements in an I-1 zoning district on property located at 43 Bdoin Road (Map h. 62 , Block ) Ma pee , MA. (owner of record: Louis & Linda McKnight ) . Members sitting: M. Makunas , E, Govoni , J. Regan Attorney Michael Ford and Nynex representative Richard Berg represented the applicant . Attorney Ford explained that the Variance was Deeded since the frontage zoning had changed since the lot was created in 1968 . He explained that public , utilities had the option of going through Plan Review or Special Permit and chose the Permit . Mr. Berg explained that the tower was needed for a backup to telephone service and for police and coast guard used, He was asked of microwaves from the tower and said there would be no dispersion, He said it was customary to allow torn departments to use the tower. Mr. Regan reviewed the safety issues and the Board agreed that the Site Was sufficient to accomodate the tomer . Mr , Govoni moved to grant the variance . Mr . Regan seconded, All agreed. Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit as requested . Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed.
