Warner said he would like to replace the rental units <br /> with a single family house . Mr. Warner said it has been <br /> difficult to enforce no parking. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the variance for lot size, <br /> frontage and side setbacks and that the construction be <br /> limited to the footprint on the 'referenced plan of Cape <br /> i Islands Engineering dated November 18, 1993 # <br /> Nynex Mobile Communication, Christopher Kuhn and Linda & <br /> Louis Mcg n ht # Request a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-24 ,8 and 174-25 .B. 6 of the ZoningBy-laws for permission <br /> to erect and operae a mobile communications tower in an I-1 <br /> zoning district on property located at 43 Bowdoin Road (Map <br /> , Block "7 9 ) Mashpee , MA. Owner of record: Louis & Linda <br /> McKnight ) . <br /> Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the ZoningBy-laws <br /> for permission to vary the frontage requirements in an I-1 <br /> zoning district on property located at 43 Bdoin Road (Map <br /> h. 62 , Block ) Ma pee , MA. (owner of record: Louis & Linda <br /> McKnight ) . <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas , E, Govoni , J. Regan <br /> Attorney Michael Ford and Nynex representative Richard Berg <br /> represented the applicant . Attorney Ford explained that the <br /> Variance was Deeded since the frontage zoning had changed <br /> since the lot was created in 1968 . He explained that public , <br /> utilities had the option of going through Plan Review or <br /> Special Permit and chose the Permit . Mr. Berg explained <br /> that the tower was needed for a backup to telephone service <br /> and for <br /> police and coast guard used, He was asked of <br /> microwaves from the tower and said there would be no <br /> dispersion, He said it was customary to allow torn <br /> departments to use the tower. Mr. Regan reviewed the safety <br /> issues and the Board agreed that the Site Was sufficient to <br /> accomodate the tomer . <br /> Mr , Govoni moved to grant the variance . Mr . Regan seconded, <br /> All agreed. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit as requested . <br /> Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br />
