Attorney Ford explained that the <br /> Variance was Deeded since the frontage zoning had changed <br /> since the lot was created in 1968 . He explained that public , <br /> utilities had the option of going through Plan Review or <br /> Special Permit and chose the Permit . Mr. Berg explained <br /> that the tower was needed for a backup to telephone service <br /> and for <br /> police and coast guard used, He was asked of <br /> microwaves from the tower and said there would be no <br /> dispersion, He said it was customary to allow torn <br /> departments to use the tower. Mr. Regan reviewed the safety <br /> issues and the Board agreed that the Site Was sufficient to <br /> accomodate the tomer . <br /> Mr , Govoni moved to grant the variance . Mr . Regan seconded, <br /> All agreed. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit as requested . <br /> Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br />
