i Board of Health Meeting, October 28 , 1985 , Minutes CFB: Yeh this Thursday. Mrs. Montgomery: Is your matin concern in talking to them your liability in regards to the waiver? CFB: well , our main 'concern is where we sit in relation to people who have started their wells and permit process, before we put the mora- torium in, what' s our responsibility, and where it ' s going to cause se- vere economic damage, what is our responsibility to those who haven't started the process but, who feel that they should be allowed to because we do have - the right to issue a variance, we question whether we have . the moral right to, we may have the legal right to, but as I say, I have a conscience. CHL : Bob, would you make sure adn see if - we can get it on the agenda with Joe Reardon on Thursday, that all right with you Roy? RFT: The sub-committee has requested a ruling from him, and I wasn't going to Say it right now, that should be corning by Thursday. Mrs, Montgomery: Well, thank you .for your time. CFB : Well, thanks for coming and thank you for appreciating what we ' re going through. Mr. Montgomery: I owe this gentleman an apology, I was rather abrupt with him one day last week, I hope you' ll accept it. RFT: That' s alright I know what you' re going through. Mr, Montgomery: It' s costing me money, .and I was a little upset and un- fortunately I let it out on you. RFT: I 've got big g shoulders . Mr. .Montgornery: z 'm sure I 'm not the only one that unloaded on you. What would you suggest we do, check back with you. FB: Yes, will you check back with us, Thursday or Friday morning. CHL: Possibly the Board won't be getting together until next Monday, so it might not be beneficial until next Monday. CFB: It won't make that much difference for that period of time, so that we can put something together for everybody, and everyone will know where they etre and where we are, I think that' s the only proper and Fair way to do it Mr. Miller, was also present, had arrived late and didn't know that Ms. Lynch of Mr. Cahir' s office was representing their case; h-e was advised of ghat had transpired during the meeting. *END of VERBATIM TRANSCRIPT***** 2 . Accept by RLW, second -CHL, Public hearing notice for three lot subdivision on Marsters property for Falmouth/Sandwich Road, located within the moratorium- area that was isut discussed. Board requests a reminder to be sent Planning Board of said moratorium. 4 # Letter from DEQE re : sea Oaks Condos, re: submission of plans by 11/15 to be reviewed on 11/26, if DEQE orders not implemented they will go after Sea Dabs letter of credit and have work done. NOTED.
