}
i
March 3 , 1986 , Minutes, Meeting
Page
Continuation of appearance of Atty. Morris Kirsner
FB: 'You're up here."
Mr. 'Kirsner: "I 'm right over here, where ' s Shore Drive?"
CHL: " o we have that other (reference is made to plat plan of
village showing all lots) didn 't something else come in t"
Mr. Kirsner: ' " eh, I sent it in, "
CFB: "Let me see the other one. "
CFB: "Roy, can I see that other plan, "
CHL :- "so we can locate where we are. "
Mr. Kirsner: " Lot #14, here we are right here. "
CFB+ "Then this would be that unpaved road that comes out on
Shore Drive. "
Mr. Kirsner: "And I 'm-right here, and nay well from where the cess-
pool
ess-
pool. originally was is probably around 801 at that particular point
in time, bringing your holding tank, your ah septic tank closer as
close to 31 , brought it 15 or 181 closer to my existing well, and
who wouldn't he upset about that! "
CHL* "I thinly I would be more upset with the cesspool than I would
with the update. "
Mr, Kirsner: "But the fact of the matter is I 'm not. "
CHL : "we' re protecting you Morris, you don't understand that, you
just don't want to be protected. "
CFB: ' Listen you're -water flow would be from your well to, in
other worts, your well water is pumped before it gets to whatever
is discharged from this point, you ' re up-stream of it. "
Mr, Kirsner: "That, to me, is not the issue Charlie . "
CHL: "But that issue is not a. defensible one with us right now,
you see, we have gone, figuring we gave you the best protection
you and all your neigh or.s around you; "
Mr. Kirsner: "But you weren 't giving me the hest protection and
I ' ll tell you why you didn' t. "
CHL: "We do feel we gave you the hest protection, Morris.,
Mr, Kirsner: "Let me tell you why. "r
CHL: "or we wouldn' t have acted that way. "
Mr. Kirsner: "Let me tell you didn ' t, alright,,"'
CHL: "we don ' t have to know why we didn't, because we looked at
this ting. "
Mr. Kirsner: "You didn 't even know where my well was, and you
still don' t know! "
CHL: "I go by the schematic, that ' s all you can do, what your en-
gineer brings in, now if we - had to go out and find every well in
this town, alright, that was adjacent to a new system being up-
graded or a new system going in, there ' s G.D. way in hell, unless
you want to get up on Town Meeting floor and give us a helluva
