MINUTES October 17, 1988 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant the variance as requested from the leaching <br /> facility to the well with the stipulation the distance shown on plans <br /> from the leaching facility to the well are accurate and revised plans <br /> are submitted delineating a 6X6 pit with a "bull run" valve and a re- <br /> serve area , her. Gree I i s h seconded, all agreed. <br /> 1 . Final Design Plan for .the .Solid Waste Transfer Station - Mr, Costa <br /> started Weston & Sampson are expected to attend this meeting and will <br /> consult with them on the progress. <br /> 14. ) Malloy, l.ot 156 Whippoorwill Circle _ "Stop Work" order issued, site <br /> examination performed by cape & Islands [fir. cura-i d informed the <br /> Board -that upon ex-amin tion of the leaching facility and the well it <br /> appeared that the distances were below minimum state requirements and <br /> commented th t a "Stop Work" order- was issued until verification was <br /> performed by an eng i ne,er. ale #stated -the engineer verified that the dis- <br /> tance <br /> is- <br /> anc was in excess of 100 feet, 'howevr the well s not placed i n <br /> accordance with plans on file. <br /> Mr. Costa requested Mr: c u-a i d to inform the engineer that a revised <br /> plan must be ubmitted delineating the exact location f of the well and <br /> stated no occupancy permit will be issued until these revisions are re- <br /> ceived by -this Board. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Mr. McQuaid uaid informed the Board that the Dui l irig Department had received <br /> a copy of a meting to take place regarding the Briarwood Area by the Depart- <br /> ment of the Army and Air Fence and commented that this Board -did not receive <br /> such correspondence. <br /> Mr. Costa responded that he will -be attending the Selectmen' s meeting <br /> this evening and will inform thea that this Board is not being properly riot i- <br /> f ield of meetings and/or correspondence regarding the water moratorium areas. <br /> *****END NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> APPOINTRENT: R. Bergman (Holmes & McGrath regarding Title v Vari'an e for lot <br /> 3 Bayview Road ont'd from October 3, 1988") <br /> Mr. Bergman was in attendance for this Variance request. <br /> Mr. Bergman informed the Board that the abutters have been properly <br /> notified by certified mail of this Variance request. <br /> Mr. Bergman explained that the owners of the dwelling are proposing to <br /> add a second level to the dwelling, however the- number of bedrooms will remain <br /> the same. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant -the following variances for lot 3 Bayview' <br /> Avenue; 10 foot sideline setback Variance from the northeast side of the lot, <br /> the applicant will maintain o reserve area, 4 foot Variance from the tank to <br /> the property 1 Brie of the way, 46 foot Variance from proposed well to reserve <br />
