It ended up 'being a pipe <br /> replacement and underlying it with stone for support. One job <br /> was done on July 4th, the other on sat. July 7th, EAM ques- <br /> tioned whether Tarabelli is licensed in any other torn. His <br /> reply was, yes, in Falmouth. EAM then stated that he must <br /> ]snow the requirements of Title v which requires that a permit <br /> be obtained for any septic repairs. Tarabelli agreed.
