MINUTES September 20, 1990BOARD OF HEALTH At that time negotiations, between the Contractor and this Board, will begin with the idea the school department will retain a commercial hauler. Nor. Costa motioned to rescind the Boards vote prohibit- ing use of the town Transfer Station, with the stipulation current agreements between the Contractor and the SchoolDe- partment are maintained throughout the 1990/1991 school year, Mr, Greelish seconded. Variance request Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he received a► call from Attorney Henchey, representing Mr. Salter, cancelling the scheduled hearing, Mr. Edward Poersi , abutter, was in attendance and in- formed the Board he did receive the correct notice, however the notice was not accepted as the postage had not been paid. Mr, Greelish motioned to continue this hearing untilOc- tober 4, 1990 and requested Mr. McQuaid to direct theEngi- neer to inform all abutters, via certified 'mail, that the public hearing has been rescheduled to October 4. 1990, Mr. Costa seconded, all. agreed, 7, Appointment of Stetson Hall as auxiliary agent - Mr. Costa motioned to appoint Stetson Miall as Auxiliary Agent to the Torn of Ma hpee Board of Health, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. .
