Mr, Salter did approach <br /> neighbor to more his well to the other side of the lot. <br /> r. McQuaid stated this plan would require State ap- <br /> proval . <br /> Attorney Henchy questioned Mr, Greelish as to what is- <br /> sues <br /> -sues are more critical than others, <br /> Mr. Greelish. stated there are three issues; wetlands <br /> ep rayon, around water elevation, abutters well to owners <br /> septic and the knowledge of the soils and conditions in that <br /> ares.
