MINUTES larch 27, 1989 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Costa requested M.r. Roberti revise plans to increase the distance of <br /> the proposed dwelling from the street which would place the septic system in <br /> front,, maintaining adequate distance from abutting wells and would conform <br /> to the placement of well and - septic locations in the surrounding area. <br /> Mr. Roberti stated revised plans could be submitted delineating the <br /> septic in the front of the proposed dwelling however a variance would be <br /> required from the foundation to septic. <br /> Abutters were more amicable to this proposal , Mr. Singer stated town <br /> water is to be supplied to the area shortly, placement of the septic away <br /> from the water would further protect the pond from ontami nants. <br /> Mr. Costa stated the variance from foundation to sep-L-.ic would be a more <br /> feasible solution. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he will schedule a hearing date once revised plans <br /> have been submitted. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Charles Spohr - Variance request, lot 1 Hamblin Road <br /> Mr. Spohr was in attendance for this variance request. Mr. Anderson, <br /> abutter was also in attendance. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board Mr. Sophr has submitted revised plans <br /> duo to abutters obj e t i-on to the re-location of their well . <br /> Mr. Sophr informed the Board that he has received a Special Permit and <br /> Variance from the Board of Appeals however has not received approval from the <br /> Conservation Commission. <br /> Mr. Costa stated he would li e,to view the site prior to forwarding any <br /> comments on this proposa i , and reminded Mr. Sp h -this is a preliminary hearing. <br /> Mr. Anderson requested he be informed of the nett scheduled hearing date. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Chris Costa - All Cape Survey, Variance request, lots 15116 <br /> James Circle <br /> Mr. hristo her Costa , r r�esentin All Cape Survey, was in attendance <br /> p p <br /> for this variance request, <br /> i <br /> . McQuaid informed the Board- incorrect break-out calculations were <br /> submitted with plans and abuttingwell -locations were questionable. <br /> Mr. Costa explained to the Board his procedure for determining the <br /> calculations , as well l s, the location of abutting wells. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board plans were previously approved however <br /> have expired. <br /> Mr, Costa questioned the engineer as to the buildability status of the <br /> abutting lot once septic and well are installed. <br />
