MINUTES August 10, 1989 3 BOARD OF HEALTH i Mr. McQuaid stated Cape Cod Coffee has been issued a commercial sticker in the previous years. 5 Mr. Doherty stated there is a dumpster located at the site. Mr. Costa stated this Board must adopt a policy. Mr. Gree l i sin stated his intention is to have the engineering -done at n cost to the town for the control system and to be in a position to bring the quota -to special town meeting. 12. ) Response from later District : Water at Transfer Station - Mr. Costa stated water cannot be provided until Apri i Mr. Greelish stated the water proposal should be -brought to the Selectmen at the earliest opportunity. Mr. Costa explained to Board members this was discussed at the last building committee meeting and commented building committee members assigned Ernie Virgilio to obtain three bids for installation of the well . Mr. Costa stated he has informed the person who represents the Board of Health on that commit-tee that a bid has been received from Mr. D i [agg i o., Mr. Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to, forward the bid f roan Mr. DiTaggio to the building commit-tee and suggested a representative from this Board -attend the Selectman's meeting or send a letter supporting the proposal . 13. ) from Conservation Commission re: Proposed regulation - Mr. Costa requested Health Agents to review the regulation with the Conser- vation onser- v .tion Officer, once reviewed a meeting will be scheduled with this Board* 14. Nor. Creel ish presented drawings of the waste oil collection sytem and proceeded to explain in detail the waste oil collection system.
