Copy of computer bid invitation and bid document - fir. McQuaid suggested <br /> copy of the bid invitation be forwarded- to various computer companies <br /> on the. cape -a -they may not receive the local paper. <br /> Mr. <br /> aper- <br /> r. Costa suggested Mr. McQuaid consult with Mr. Greelish as he did pre- <br /> pare the bid document. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Al Orlando - B i arwood Moratorium <br /> u <br /> Mr. Orlando was in attendance for this scheduled appointment <br /> Mr. Orlando presented to Board members copies of the projected time tables <br /> for public water hook-up.. r. Orlando informed the Board that on. -Tuesday, the <br /> Water District signed a million dollar loan with. F.H.A. and bids for the pro- <br /> ject were open yesterday. Mr. Orlando stated after the ,closing of the bids he <br /> spoke with the -lowest bidder. who relayed that the project would begin i mmed i a e 1, .. <br /> Mr. Orlando presented a copy of the Briarwood covenants to the Board. Mr. <br /> Orlando requested that the Board of Health sign-off on building permits however <br /> a stipulation would be added on each building permit stating hood -up to town <br /> water will be required at the time of oc upancr. <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned Mr. Orlando as to whether a homeowner in the area <br /> could be forced to hook-into public water. <br /> Mr. Orlando responded it is a requirement in -th'e convenants. <br /> Mr. costa informed Mr. Orlando that the Board will research this matter <br /> with the State and Town counsel . fir.
