Mr. McQuaid commented if <br /> bottled water- were used it would be impossible to police. <br /> M . McQuaid suggested Ms. Bowe forward a letter 'to D.E.P. requesting <br /> her well water be approved as the source of Water= for her business operations <br /> and stated this Board will compose a letter to D.E.P. in support of her re- <br /> quest, <br /> Y <br />' The Board ways in agreeance with Mr. i cQuaid' s suggestion. <br /> I <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Ms. Bowe once she receives a response from D.E.P. <br /> in writing it. will be brought up before the Board for re-consideration <br /> Mr. Evans recommended Ms. Bowe prepare a water sample for analysis <br /> as soon as possible. <br /> 15. ) Discussion e: Bottled water for Transfer Station employees - Mr. <br /> McQuaid informed the Board this issue has been resolved as the Selectmen <br /> will pay for the Bottled Water- from the Bottled Water Account. <br /> 16. ) Septic hauler application, Capeway Pumping co. , Inc. - fir: Doherty <br /> motioned to grant the lice.nse as requested, ' r* costa seconded. <br /> Mr. Doherty requested -Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to the company <br /> informing thea of lagoon restrictions. <br /> i <br /> 17. ) Emergency repair plan, . Warwick for R. i anc-i , lot 2 Beare Rd. -- <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board in October 1987 a perc was perforated in <br /> order to upgrade to a Title v system as the owner was proposing to re- <br /> model . <br /> e- <br /> odel . Mr. McQuaid stated records do not indicate anything more than <br /> a pec was done and commented recently he received a call from Mr. <br /> ianci who was -conducting extensive renovations to the building at which <br /> time, while doing landscaping work, caved in the cesspool . Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated the building has not been inhabited during these renovations, This <br /> could be considered ars emergency rep.air, in that the cesspool has collapsed, <br /> however no one has been living in the dwelling. Mr. McQuaid stated no <br /> plans have been submitted until this accident happened. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated yr i antes requested are from Board of Health regula- <br /> tions <br /> egula- <br /> tions and' Title v regulations. <br /> 1r. Evans informed the Board the abutter refuses to hook into High Wood <br /> Water and commented the dwelling has been completely gutted. <br /> Mr. Costa- stated this is not an emergency repair and will require <br /> public hearing. r, Costa requested Mr. McQuaid to notify the engineer <br /> that a public hearing is required. <br />
