MINUTES October 5, 1989 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a pumping license to Gonslaves Septage <br /> h a u i i ng, Mr. Doherty seconded. all dgreed. <br /> . Request for transfer of reserve funds for landfill stickers/tickets - <br /> Mr. Costa forwarded his signature to the request. <br /> . Special permit application, Alan Party Tent & Board of Health response - <br /> Mr. McQuaid Informed the Boar he is concerned with the special permit <br /> request as . i t. does include the rental of u-Hauls and if the special <br /> permit .i s granted it will not require licensing b,y- the Boa%rd of Health. <br /> Mr. Creel ish commented a special permit can- only exempt them from zoning <br /> regulations not Board of Health regulations. <br /> Mr. McQuaid res pond'ed -that the Board of Health does not have any regula- <br /> tions <br /> egula- <br /> tions in place that would disallow their proposed business. <br /> Ir. Gree l i sin stated the washing of vehicles would discharge hazardous <br /> waste in a re-charge area, approval from -the State would be required. <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, not necessarily, a proposed well in a proposed <br /> well re-ohar e .area has been determined by the Town Planner. Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated it -is aga i nst existing zoning regulations to have a truck rental <br /> business in an Industrial zone. [fir. McQuaid commented he is 'concerned <br /> with the washing of vehicles outside -the -building. <br /> [r. Greelish recommended a Board member and health agent attend the <br /> Z.B.A. hearing. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Ellis & Thul in for Mrs. Doyle -. Title V Variance, lot 7 Dean's <br /> Hollow Read <br /> Mr. David T•h u l i n ,was in attendance for this scheduled appointment.
