y MINUTES October 26, 1989 2 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> The Board acknowledged Mr. McQuaid 's comments. <br /> . Request from G. Kan-ter to dispose of waste oil - Mr. McQuaid informed <br /> the Board the applicant currently operates a business in Mashpee commons# <br /> Currently the owner disposes of the oil at the place of purchase however <br /> is holding 12 gallons from previous oil changes. Mr. McQuaid ep lained <br /> the business,, mown as 'Niceties") makes deliveries with the use of one <br /> van. <br /> Mr . Doherty motioned to issue a one day pass to dispose of twelve gallons <br /> of oil at the town l a ndf i l t. with the stipulation the owner is notified <br /> that oil disposed of may not contain any other materials, Mr. Greelish <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> . Copy of memo from D Moura to N. Feldman re: Bottled water for Coombs <br /> School - Mr. McQuaid stated the plastic five .gallon containers are <br /> not reusable. <br /> The Board acknowledged the letter stating the containers will not be <br /> refilled. <br /> # Request from C.C. Construction for refund of septic permit fees - <br /> rossind Marketplace - Mr. costa stated fees cannot be refunded. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the. request for refund of septic permit <br /> fees, M # Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 10. ) Request from Voters ' Information Ass, to attend meeting on 1114/89 at <br /> 10:00 a.m. - Board members to attend. _ <br /> 11 . Request for a brief for a future Selectmen' s meeting re: SEMASS deli- <br /> very <br /> eli- <br /> ver r o riga_ ions -- Mr. Greelish stated e would prepare the brief. <br /> 12. demo from Selectmen re: Administrative items - The Board acknowledged <br /> receiving the memo. <br /> 13. ) Copy of minutes of Board of Managers meeting of Otis Transfer Station - <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the.
