i
loading problem. -
Mr. Ball asked Mr. Leone if he would life them to continue it.
Mr. Leone responded that the BOH had made up their minds. what other
argument that he could present to them that would change their minds
Mr. Ball responded by stating that he should get the system further away and do
something with the well.
Mr. Doherty said that that would riot do it for him. His issue really isn't hat. This
kick in the variance.
Mr. Ball stated that if there were no variance then Mr. Leone wouldn't have t
come in front of the BOH.
Ir. Leone doesn't think that the engineer could have gotten it...if they turn thing
then they run into a burial issue. They run into a topographic problem. They will
need a variance for the 3' burial. They could stick a vent stack and satisfy that
condition then he wduld turn it.
Mr. Harrington joined the conversation by stating that that is something that DEP
would be able to look at too. Mr. Ball seconded it.
Motion passed.
. variance Request: fl ash ee Count Store Food Certification
Mr. Abdul Mian, owner of the M shpee Country Store, was present to request that
the BOB grant him a 2002 permit due to his past and current efforts to pass the
examination. He will continue to take the exam until he has passed. His last test
score was 72 and a 7is required to pass.
Mr. Ball began by stating that he had no problems with this man's request. He
admired Nor. Mian's efforts to continue to try to pass the test.
Mr. Doherty stated that at least he has been making an effort. He continued by
stating that the BOH members had discussed this situation. Mr. Mian has made
more than a good faith effort. He is really taring.
i
Mr. Harrington stated that the code does allover that if you take the test two times
and fail that as long as the training is from an approved source and the store
1
