Would they like any <br /> conditions set for the granting of the permit for this year? <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they could grant a permit. Correct? <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that right now Mr, Mian does not have a certified <br /> person, <br /> Mr. Doherty interrupted Mr. Harrington and stated that they will grant the permit <br /> conditionally with the assumption that he will pass the test. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if he was going to retake the test in February. If so, they should <br /> grant-the permit within that time frame. He could come back in front of therm for <br /> further approval. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked if a -day time frame would be helpful. He knew that the next <br /> class was scheduled for February. But, he didn't know when the actual test was <br /> taking place. <br /> Mr. Harrington said that the actual test was going to be on February 13th, 20 2. <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to grant the 2002 permit for 60 days upon receipt of <br /> Mr. Mian's passing the test. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Paul I rri an 14 Oneida Avenue <br /> Mr. Paul Kerrigan, owner,{was present regarding this address. <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that Mr. Kerrigan requested this appointment. <br /> He had previously sent Mr. Kerrigan a letter. He has been in Florida, out of state, <br /> '4' <br /> so he did not receive the order letter that was sent. He had at lust gotten a stub <br /> in the nail stating that the BOH had sent him notification of the order. Mr. <br /> Harrington had explained to Mr. Kerrigan when he called that the issue was the <br /> occupancy of the property without having actually submitted or received the <br /> certificate, f compliance along ith not providing the as built cards to us. <br /> Consequently, Mr.-Kerrigan requested to come and speak with the BOH regarding <br /> this issue. Mr. Harrington continued by stating that the BOIL had re-sent the <br /> original letter. Mr. Harrington then asked Mr. Kerrigan if he had received this <br /> letter yet. <br /> Mr. Kerrigan responded that he had not received the letter yet. <br /> Mr. Doherty suggested that the BOH begin by hearing ghat happened in this <br /> matter. <br /> Mr. Kerrigan began by stating that this was about the sewerage system. He had <br /> hired Michael Labute of the Mountain Company to put it in. The contract was for <br /> the excavation and stump removal, along with the final grading and spreading the <br /> loam. It was the entire contract. He was paid well and in advance. When it carne <br /> to putting in the sewerage system, he had paid him half in advance. He had just <br /> 15 <br />
