Therefore, it could be filtering.through a system and you would
be gaining it back.
Mr. Ball asked Mr. Doherty ghat he was looking for the 1', which would b
denied, unless he agreed to put in. aenitrif"i ation system.
Mr. Doherty confirmed that that.was how they feel. Essentially he would need a
request for.a variance in order to throve that in.
Mr. Ball suggested that his other option would be a mounded system to get the 1'.
However, ever, he would still need a variance. Mr. Ball made a motion to deny the
request. He asked if there was any hardship or burden on the applicant.
Mr. Doherty asked if Mr. McEntee was present.
Mr. Harrington stated that he had spoken with Mr. McEntee and told him that it
wasn't a necessity for him to be here.. He didn't expect that the BOH members t
request a denitrification. He asked if the BOH members would continue this
rather than issue a flat denial. That way Mr. McEntee could represent his request
next time.
Mr. Ball made a motion to continue with the engineer submitting revised plans
showing what he is going to build. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion
passed.
APPOINTMENT: Ca-pe 8& Islands Eng. 96 Algonquin Avenue
A Cape .
