She <br /> thought that this would be settled. They could just stay with Weston & Sampson <br /> until thiay made a change. Did they want her to call Ms. Pri la in <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was their price $39,325.00 with the $50,000.00 on the <br /> budget. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that this figure carne from a previous contract with there <br /> that included the repair ofthe wells. This had been submitted to the budget before <br /> he realized that there were other dealings as far as the price. That has changed. <br /> But, again, they would still like to repaid the wells within that overall figure. <br /> Ms. warden suggested that they hire their own well drillers to fix the wells and <br /> save us some money. <br /> Mr. Santos replied that a lot of tunes if you hire somebody to do the monitoring <br /> they are going to be standing by and observing it anyrys. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if they dere water or gas wells. <br /> IVIS. warden stated that they are gas-monitoring wells. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if they were groundwater wells. <br /> Mr. Santos referred back to the contract that said that the figures were based on a <br /> foot 4"well and a depth of1 ', which 1s water. <br /> Ms. warden asked him where he was looking. <br /> Mr. -Santos referred her to the contract. <br /> j Mr. Harrington stated that he thought that they were groundwater-monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> Ms. Warden replied that they were groundwater wells. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Santos stated that if they were groundwater-monitoring wells. Then he could <br /> understand some of the costs because they have to have an engineering surrey <br /> crew go out and measure top of casing once it is re-installed or.whatever <br /> improvements are done to it. It has to be all logged into the map. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they are not doing that. They are not taking depth to <br /> 21 <br />
