He will take it back to the <br /> architect so that it an appropriate engineering plan. <br /> Ms. Warden asked if Mr. Sanicki would have the architect drop by. <br /> Mr. Sanicki replied that he would be happy to have him drop by. <br /> Mr. Ball withdrew the prior motion. He then made a motion to <br /> continue the applicant's request pending the health agents' <br /> review of both the septic an&architectural plans. <br /> Ms. Warden suggested that the Board permit the three-bedroom <br /> house. Then Mr. Harrington and she could make sure that the <br /> septic and engineering plans meet the BOH members' <br /> expectations and regulations. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that he wanted to continue it. On the face <br /> value of it there shouldn't be a problem. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed with that position. Motion passed to <br /> continue the applicant's request until further clarification of both <br /> the septic system and the architectural plan. <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> A. Tobacco Update <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that what they have been <br /> receiving as a department is several types of letters. He has <br /> P YP <br /> several examples of each. Richard Halpern from Zachary's is <br /> having his customers fill out three separate types of form letters. <br /> They are a tourist, a resident of Cape Cod or a resident of <br /> Mashpee. They are all against the ban on tobacco and want the <br /> regulations to stay as they stand. They are signing them with <br /> 8 <br />
