Dr. Lindauer continued by stating that there is a sink in the front. Again,
he had spoken to Mr. Harrington after that. There is actually in the desk
and a bathroom in the front as well. There is a distinction. There is a sink
that they couldn't use. But, there is a whole separate sink and toilet
available. He then showed the BOH members on the later where the sink
and the bathroom were located in the facility.
Ms. Warden asked if this was accessible to the public.
Dr. Lindauer replied that it was accessible to the public with a door to
the side of the reception area. It is a multi-sex facility.
Ms. Warden reiterated that you walk into an office. It is an actual office.
There is nothing in there. It is a concern.
Mr. Doherty stated that the hang up he was having is that as he is looking
at your facility. He may be a sub-leasor, but still you are a separate
entity. He suggested that it was like going to Deer Crossing and up on the
second floor there are a bunch of offices with a sink in the restroom,
which is down the hall. But, the BOH wouldn't let that fly either.
Dr. Lindauer he could appreciate their position and sanitation is a big
concern. Maybe he should have investigated this a little further before.
But, again this is a matter of interpretation. That is where he got screwed
up.
Mr. Doherty asked how big the area was for his facility.
Dr. Lindauer replied that it was 1000 square feet.
Mr. Ball asked what another specific area was on the plans.
Ms. Warden stated that there were four massage rooms.
Mr. Doherty stated that there was twenty-four'.
Dr. Lindauer stated that there is one room used exclusively for massage.
The other ones are bays for the hot packs and electric stimulation and
some other therapies that he uses. There is one specific room for
massage.
Mr. Santos was under the impression that this was just one small office
for example like a 10 x 10 or 15 x 15. But, he is talking about a 30 x 30
with three offices within it.
4
