Dr. Lindauer confirmed that there were three rooms in it.
Mr. Santos stated that that sheds a whole new light on it because that
there should be something in there.
Mr. Doherty is not sure because he hasn't been down in there. He doesn't
know how it is laid out in terms of the men's locker room. He asked if Dr.
Lindauer knew if there was plumbing along this wall.
Dr. Lindauer replied that this was a whole other issue. What would it take
to get plumbing in there.
Mr. Doherty stated that he knew that they were on a slab. So that was
going to be a problem.
Dr. Lindauer agreed that that was a specific problem. Plus, there were
two other options. One of the options was a hand wipe of some sort. The
other one is to do a pump. Pump out the water from that location
upwards to another location. The logistics behind that are that it can be
done.
Mr. Doherty continued by stating that that was what he was asking.
Mr. Ball asked if they had plumbing in the men's locker room.
Dr. Lindauer stated that there was plumbing in he men's locker room. He
had a quote from a plumber of at least $1600.00. That was for the
hardware and the labor for the job. He didn't get into the logistics for the
job. Then again being a new business he has put a lot of money into it
already. Looking back he should have negotiated this into the contract. It
says right on his contract that Mr. Moses was responsible for the...What
are the ...1 Again it was just a non-issue to him. Speaking with Mr.
Harrington he stated that if there was no way to install the plumbing then
he would recommend the wipes. However, there is a way it is just
expensive.
Mr. Santos asked him how they processed all of their linens.
Dr. Lindauer stated that they are all taken out for servicing.
(The assistant health agent, Dr. Lindauer and the BOH members begin to
discuss the floor plans in detail. This was done in order to determine
where the plumbing now exists and what it would take to have new
plumbing input.)
5
