At this point Mr. John Kelleher of 4 Point Fuad who is an abutter joined <br /> the conversation. He looked at the plan and pointed out his well on the <br /> applicant's property. <br /> Mr. sanicki replied that this house was on town water. <br /> Mr, Kelleher located his house and he was on a well. <br /> Mr. sanicki stated that his records indicated that he was on town water. <br /> Mr. Kelleher was not on town water yet. He made an agreement with Mr. <br /> Benway that he would go on town water. He does however have a well <br /> that he will be using for irrigation. <br /> IVIS. Warden stated that the septic system only has to be 251 from the <br /> leaching facility or irrigation wells. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if it was an irrigation well. <br /> Mr. Kelleher replied that it would be. He was guessing that he was <br /> probably about 501 right off the pond from the porch to the well. <br /> Mr, sanicl i asked if there was a marking somewhere. <br /> Mr. Kelleher replied that he would need a pole to find it. He has <br /> manhole down about one to one and one half feet down. <br /> IVIr, sanicki checked with the water department and they stated that his <br /> house was on town water. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if his house was occupied at the present time. <br /> Mr. Kelleher replied that his house wasn't occupied at the present time. <br /> Mr. Ball continued by asking Mr. Kelleher if he had agreed to hook into <br /> town water, but would like to leave the well for irrigation. Did he believe <br /> that it was more than 251 away from the proposed septic system? <br /> Mr. Kelleher replied that it was about 501 from the corner of the house. <br /> He was over 251 from where the proposed leaching field. <br /> Mr. Ball asked Mr, sanicki to verify that. <br /> Mr. Sani k! replied that his guys could pick it up with a Geiger counter <br /> and submit it to a plan.
