They hashed out some different <br /> types of drainage that we did like. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that the BOH came up with two designs that they like the <br /> best. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed that that was the case. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that he would like to make it a BOH policy that they could <br /> only be allowed to use those two with further review from the health <br /> agent. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the one thing that he didn't see on this was <br /> that he and Mr. Fudala wanted to see the leaching have more of the sub- <br /> surface chambers come off of this plan. They didn't do that. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they were over their 45-day review period. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that they were within their 45-day period <br /> because this was a new submission. The previous application was denied <br /> through the planning board. That gave them a full new set. <br /> Mr. Ball asked how much time there was for review and comment. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that they have a full 45-day review. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they would like this returned to the town planner <br /> with the BOH recommendations for better design. This should include the <br /> deep hooded basins that were part of the recent discussions. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue this item on the agenda with the <br /> health agent forwarding comments regarding acceptability of the plans <br /> for this subdivision. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> C. Weston & Sampson: FYI <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that there where two new compounds found but <br /> they were not above contaminant levels. Therefore everything was still <br /> copasetic as far as the groundwater and leaching flow from the landfill. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if there was any migration off that liner that they knew <br /> of the methane once it was capped. <br /> Ms. Warden replied that there has been no methane noted at the landfill. <br /> There was some methane at the Quonset but area. That was why "Moe" <br /> has the trailers placed at a certain location. However, that was inside the <br /> 12 <br />
