The woman is
working with him had obtained all of this information off of the website
and was way ahead of him at to what the regulations were for this type of
business.
Ms. Grady asked if he could sell this product out of his house. He has to
state where it gets sold. If you look at this permit it looks as if it is sold
from his house.
Ms. Warden suggested that she turn the application form over and note
that it states food delivery and residential kitchen for retail sale.
Ms. Grady made a motion to grant the request for a residential food
permit to Mr. Hal Giancola pending ServSafe certification. Mr. Ball
seconded the motion. Motion passed.
8. Town water was now
available in this area. The property is going on town water. However, the
homeowner doesn't have control over his abutters. He is placing the
leaching 10' off of the property line next the existing leach pit outside of
the.100' to the abutter. He was backed in to the corner with existing
conditions.
Ms. Warden added that this was another pre-established subdivision with
100' well to septic.
Mr. Santos asked the other board members if they had any comments.
There were no further comments from Mr. Ball or Ms. Grady.
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the 50' variance from Regulation #28.
Ms. Grady seconded the motion.
