Well they haven't gotten to <br /> that point, But, he wanted to use it for an example. <br /> Mr, Santos felt that that was going to open a can of worms. The <br /> definitions were basically straightforward. He agreed on letter"E" found <br /> under definitions defined as "function room, hall, separate enclosed room <br /> used for private functions within a food service establishment," They are <br /> net going to use a "function hall in which to sponsor a private function <br /> and the owner/proprietor has control over the seating arrangements is <br /> exempt."
