Mr. Santos made a motion to ban <br /> smoking in all town owned properties defined as athletic fields, <br /> playgrounds, town owned properties that have structures on them...hle <br /> was waiting to hear a motion because he was against a ban on smoking <br /> on properties outside of the town hall here. The DPW garage outside, tern <br /> and twenty feet away from the doors would be fine. But, indoors it would <br /> be ban. <br /> MIs.
