Grady put it in section X11 because she felt that it belonged there.
Mr. Harrington located and presented a copy of the sales of tobacco
product regulations to IVIS. Grady. He further stated that there is a
definition of workplace within the existing regulations. He had initially
thought that there wasn't a definition.
Mr, Ball stated that they could insert that into the tobacco regulation,
IVIS. The
smoking regulations in some of the towns included the sale of tobacco
regulations.
Mr. Harrington agreed with her that since these regulations already exist.
It would be a continuation of the main regulation.
Ms. Grady stated that other towns are charging $25.00, which she felt
was a small amount to begin with. Why shouldn't they at least charge
that? Why should they stick with $5.00?
Mr, Mltrokostas reiterated that the state charges $5.00 for a permit.
IVIS,, Grady responded that the BOH went beyond the stated amount in a
lot of the other regulations.
49
