Mr, Ball stated that after the fine was issued the person or the <br /> establishment had the right to cone in and discuss it; <br /> Mr, Harrington continued by stating that the warnings were going to be <br /> fever and far between because he and Ms. Warden are going to be working <br /> very hard trying to keep up with this. (tight now there is nobody at the <br /> county to do the enforcement* The county person got laid off. it was up to <br /> the health agents and the police department. The police department isn't <br /> going to do it. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that they offered to help the BOH with the beaches, the <br /> least they could do is help them out with the bars in the winter.. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that they wouldn't help the BOH-with the beaches. <br /> Mr. Santos reiterated that they said that they would. They had a meeting. � <br /> What are they going to do � <br /> Nis. Grady stated that there would be one warning, But, not a warning for <br /> very offense. <br /> Mr. Harrington agreed that the establishment would get one warning. <br /> That's fine( ZF <br /> Mr. Santos asked if they were happy h with $100.00 for the second or go <br /> right on to $200.00. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that they should go on $200,00 if that was already there. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this regulation was going to replace in total the <br /> existing regulation, Thereforeq if they wanted to do something different, <br /> then they could do something different. He just wanted to let the board <br /> know that the previous health argent had previously proposed the $200.00 <br /> fine for an establishment violation of the regulation. That was all he was <br /> doing was stating what was already on paper. <br /> Mrs. Mitrokostas asked if there was going to be a three-year thing. Let's <br /> say that you are in year one and you have a dean record for two years <br /> after that. Then in year three you have a second violation. Were they going <br /> automatically get fined $200. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that that was correct. <br /> Mr. Bali stated that they could come before the board and plead their case <br /> at that point in tirne. <br />
