Mr, Santos interrupted that the terminology was in reference to <br /> "enclosure" like any building. This would include any town building, which <br /> would be included in the paragraph about bars, restaurants and all of that <br /> stuff. They would have to be ten feet away from any door, opening and <br /> ventilation. He was sick of saying it. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if they wanted theta to clarify that they were not saying <br /> all of the grounds. They were just limiting it to town buildings. All of the <br /> torn grounds with the exception of torn owned recreational fields. <br /> Ills. Grady stated that this would get then off of the whole making the <br /> beaches a separate entity also. <br /> Ir. Santos stated that any ball fields similar to recreational fields that are <br /> not wear the school. There is a field behind the town balls <br />` Ms. Grady suggested that they state that it would be any town owned, <br /> leased and/or rented field and playgrounds. <br /> r <br /> Mr, Harrington asked if the Wampanoag's come and use this field in the <br /> back, which they have done in the past. They have their own private pow <br /> wow, Where they going to consider that a town owned recreation field in <br /> this instance. <br /> Ms. Warden suggested that they would have to name the fields because <br /> they have the pow-wow every year. <br /> Ir* Santos confirmed th t the park on Rte 130 was Heritage Field.
