He thea presented the general plan where they had only <br /> referred to 25,000 square feet. He also pointed out that the voting restriction <br /> easement was r -written rather to just generally 25,000 to refer to this <br /> drawing (he points to the plans) so that when this is recorded the two will <br /> be compatible. His attorney developed the written document going to the <br /> DEP off a sample document that was provided by the board. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if Mr. Dickinson had the design plans with hint too. <br /> He wanted to take a peek at those. <br /> Mr. Dickinson did have the design plans and presented therm both to the <br /> board. He pointed out the results of the pert test, the calculations and the <br /> design of the systern. Mr. Dickinson asked if the board of selectmen only <br /> signed this document after the board and the DEP approves it. <br /> Ms. Warden responded that the signatures would be added before it went <br /> up to the DEP. <br /> Mr. Harrington disagreed and stated that just the board of health signs the <br /> 4 <br />
