Mr. Grotzke agreed that that was correct. However, they did not install it. <br /> He continued by stating that their proposal was to amend the 1393 <br /> approved plan to the plan that they saw before there. Again none of them <br /> asked for variances what they have to do is assume that is an existing <br /> residence with existing septic system. They have to ask for a local <br /> approval under 15.404 ars they ask in their letter.
