IIIb. Harrington replied that it was Bortolotti,
Mr. Santos asked if it had been pumped,
Mrs Harrington responded that he hadn't looked up the pumping records.
However, it was going to be part of his recommendations so that they
maintain the system as is and not create a health hazard until they can
replace it.
Mr. Santos asked when the homeowners were in receipt of the letter.
Mr. Harrington replied that it was 30 days for a health approval. Mrs,
Connolly was requesting until the middle of April. His recommendations
were going to be to approve the extension until April 151h, That's the
extension to submit Title V design plans by April I t'', 2003. They could say at that point that they could keep it
pumped so that there was no health hazard.
Mr. Ball felt that they should have it pumped before they agree to it.
Ms. warden interrupted that Ids, Garron had the pumping records on her
computer and she could review them if they wanted to wait a minute.
IIIb. Santos felt that it didn't matter if it had been pumped or not, what
they have always done is a swap. If they want this extension, he had no
problem. But, it would have to be pumped out every thirty days as stated
within the letter, something has to be done within thirty days.
IIIb. Harrington confirmed that Mr. Santos wanted it to be pumped out by
February II1h, 2003, and maintain pumping to abate any hazards along
8
