f
preliminary,
Mr. Santos asked if they had the twenty some odd days to rake
comments on this plan.
Ms. Warden re-iterated that this was the preliminary road layout. They
were not going to see anything more than that along with the lot sizes.
They will come in with the final plans, which should show the breakdown.
That would be when they would make their comments and
recormrmendatien .
Nis. Grady added that this was just information stuff right now,
Ms. Warden agreed and said that that was basically correct.
Mr. Santos understood what Ms. Warden was saying but they had those
problems with that subdivision a little while age. They made their
comments after the time frame for review, He wanted to know if they
would be out of line to bring up their requirements for drainages
IIIb. Harrington interjected that their approval should include the
comments that the retention basin design should include the sub-surface
structures that they had previously approved.
Mr. Santos agreed and felt that it was an FYI as a reminded to therm that
when they come in front of therm with their final plans, They won't have to
send it back for changes.
i
I
I
Ms, Warden stated that that would be fine. They could put the reminder in
the memo to the planning board.
Mr, Santos felt that that would be appropriate, He just wanted a reminder
to say that the Bob! didn't see the retention basin designs in this
preliminary plan, However, when the final plans are presented for
approval they should include this information. He just wanted to be pro-
active.
Ms. Warden felt that that was a good idea.
Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the preliminary plan for the
Mashpee Independence Park subdivision, He would also like to advise the
applicants and engineers that the final plans need to include all
information regarding the retention basin designs and drainage
easements.
9
