He pointed out the <br /> i <br /> Industrial Park and thea the loop. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if it was going to come off of Industrial and net Rte 28. <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that that was correct. He showed therm were Zone II <br /> cut across the property. He also added that only a portion of that one lot <br /> would be in the Zone. The rest of the area was out of the Zone. <br /> IVIS. warded added that this was just a preliminary review, <br /> IVIr. Santos asked what type of drainage they were going to be using. <br /> Subsurface drainage? <br /> Mr. Harrington added that he hadn't seen where the actual retention basin <br /> was going to be located. It should be there in detail. <br /> Mr. Santos again asked what type of retention they were going to b <br /> using, <br /> Mr. Harrington didn't know the answer to that question. He wasn't able to <br /> locate that information on the plans. <br /> IVIS. Grady asked if this was all commercial property. <br /> IVIr. Santos added that normally there would be a drainage easement. <br /> Mr. Harrington didn't think they had gotten that far. <br /> Mr, Santos had no problem with the preliminary approval of this plan, He <br /> would like to have his concerns about the drainage and water retention <br /> addressed. He would like to know this information ahead of time. <br /> IVIS.
